Design Services
To better serve our clients, Affordable maintains a staff of dedicated
CAD (computer-aided design) professionals who are able to draft designs
to scale from simple, conventional septic tank and drainfield systems
to complex secondary treatment sewage disposal systems. Whether
drafting designs for Health Department certification letter or permit
approval, or creating soils' maps for feasibility studies, our CAD
staff offer professional, cost-effective designs in a timely,
proficient manner.
Working in collaboration with licensed surveyors and professional
engineers in Maryland and Virginia, our CAD staff are able to
facilitate communication and share information via the internet and DSL
to expedite various joint projects such as subdivision approvals and
mass drainfield systems for our mutual clients. Via the internet and
DSL, project plans and designs that once had to be mailed back and
forth for review and revisions can now be transferred back and forth in
a matter of minutes!
By integrating CAD and GPS technology, Affordable Septic Solutions can offer our clients not only the latest in design and precision, but also an efficient, stream-line process that allows for projects to be completed in a timely manner to meet our clients' project deadlines. To ensure accuracy and to comply with Health Department policies and Regulations, our A.O.S.E.s thoroughly review every project before final Health Department submittal to minimize errors and ommissions. Approved design packets are then sealed by the A.O.S.E.s and submitted to the Health Department for final approval.
